Ahh, still same thing. We've seen that happen a billion times now... WWE needs to come up with something new, I would have liked it if the GM made Christian vs. Orton a Steel Cage Match. I just see a dirty finish to a singles match now Christian is heel.

A steel cage would have worked seeing the name of the Pay-Per-View is 'Capitol Punishment'.

How has a steel cage not been done before also? The only way to do something new in wrestling it to create a completely new match type so your suggestion of lets make it a Cage match seems a bit week. Also for Capital Punishment I would have suggested a Hell in a Cell because that relates to punishment a bit more than a cage.

A hair vs. hair match could work if either had a significant amount of hair you could make the barber chair look like the electric chair.

Christian is DQed when he doesn't break a five count. Christian continues to attack Mysterio and the new Nexus come out and join in. No other faces have run out yet.

Nice to see CM Punk try take Rey out, Mason looks strong by catching Rey after his attempt for the 619.

Anyone think Christian should use the Spear instead of the Killswitch? I just don't find his finisher effective.

I know Steel Cage has been done before but it'd work in the situation, Dolph & Vickie are speaking to SCSA

Andrew, what is your logic and explaination of any of this? A normal match with a dirty finish would help more than a steel cage match.

No I don't think he should use the spear. Then it would look as if he was just using Edges finisher. If he did change it it would have to be something other than the spear but I don't mind the killswitch since it is unique.

I just reckon a Steel Cage would suit Orton & Christian more instead of e.g.

Christian wins title after ref is knocked out and Christian uses a weapon.

Steel Cage would prove Christian won't need a DQ finish of some sort. Either way seeing it's a singles match, I see the ref being knocked out or some sort of distraction being used so Christian can do a low-blow or use a weapon. I see absolutely no clean finish to this and seeing it's a singles match, it's obvious Orton will win because since when does a Heel win cleanly? Just stating my point.

Stone Cold granted Dolph Ziggler a title match against Kofi Kingston at Capitol Punishment but only if Dolph dumped Vickie as his manager. He agreed so he is on his own again which is good. This move should have happened a couple of months back. Vickie should continue to manage, give her another heel midcarder from RAW.

I've always found finishers where someone lands on their face or head to seem more effective. I've never seen the spear (as done by edge to look effective, done by goldberg that looked painful)

I did expect a few more gimmick type matches though for a ppv called capital punishment.

Think a street fight would be more effective in this case actually.

Gotta love the Stone Cold response I was just kidding. So guess she's staying with Dolph.

That;s what I meant, seeing it's called Capitol Punishment a Steel Cage would have worked seeing we already have HIAC as a PPV and MITB next month.

Nice to see Kofi vs Ziggler happen, even though it's already happened a lot of times they both can work a good match in the ring.

Vickie can go back and actually manage Tyson Kidd, she could be on Superstars and saying how she's sorry and she'll give him another chance. Kidd wins and she sticks by him.

R-Truth is out again.

They haven't really done anything with the theme except for continuing to mention it is in the nations capitol.

Also your post was number 100 in this thread! This is already the most active RAW thread we have had and there is still 90 minutes left.

R-Truth vs Morrison now

I really hope Truth goes over here, it'd make him look at least credible going in Sunday. I'd be annoyed if Morrison wins this match, there's no purpose for Morrison to win really because he isn't on the card and WWE really needs to make someone look like a threat against Cena.

Why is Morrison's music played twice LOL

Oh Conspiracy ittttt!

Lol I didnt see it coming. I was hoping that it would actually happen. I assume that this will lead to a split between them since Dolph showed that he was willing to leave her for the chance of glory.
