The only thing confirmed for RAW tonight is that R-Truth has to apologise to John Cena in order to get a WWE Championship match at Capitol Punishment.

Capitol Punishment is two weeks away and no matches, aside from the one mentioned above, has been confirmed.

The Miz vs Alex Riley, Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio seem likely candidates for matches on the PPV.

What do you think will happen on RAW tonight? What matches do you think will be added to the Capitol Punishment card?

I won't be online for the show but hopefully there will be a handful of members online to discuss RAW live.

I see Jack Swagger somehow being shuffled in Ziggler/Kofi (Cue Smackdown).... We're just seeing repeats after repeats. CM Punk vs. Rey is going to happen seeing it's booked for the WWE Tour in Australia next month.

R-Truth will get his shot against Cena; also booked on the WWE Tour.

I'll probably do a live review.

Jack Swagger seems to be involved in a feud with Evan Bourne so I don't see him being added to the IC title scene until at least after Capitol Punishment.

I hope things start heating up. I actually am enjoying Raw lately but a lot of things are unclear. I hope Raw does expose one major thing to happen next week since I am officially going to Raw next week (will be doing a full Raw review of my first ever live show, only been to one house show in my life). I can't wait for the Tough Enough announcement and any CM Punk segment. One thing I am also looking at is what Del Rio is going to do. He has been awesome on Raw so far and I look to see where this feud goes with him and The Big Show.

I had assumed that Show would have been out for a month at least due to the injury angle but it doesn't seem likely. Del Rio needs to be on the next PPV card so I would like to see him booked on the card this week. He needs a short feud until he gets given a shot at Cena's title.

Having quite enjoyed Raw last week, and with a few things shaping up which could be good, I have decided that I will stay up for tonights show, and see how things pan out. So yes I will return to this thread later, and post my thoughts along with I hope a few others.

Right I am back and ready to go, I am freezing, but ready to go nuts on many cups of coffee, and OD on all the crap advents! So the question is who is here to party? Just incase no one answers, let me give you my reponse which is "Then your in the wrong bloody place arn't you, this is the WWE Live Raw thread, prepare to suffer, maybe not as much as those TNA goons, but still its going to be pretty grim"

Raw opens with the final two from Tough Enough in the ring with Stone Cold and Vince Mcmahon, Vince is grilling them, and adds a nice "Monday Night Raaaw! is on the air" There is a bit of banter between the old rivals, before Austin annouces Andy as the winner! Moments later Vince slaps the new guy, and Austin predictably gives him a sturner, I guess that is just a guilty pleassure moment:nod:

R-Truth is on his way out dressed like I don't know what, can someone fill in the blanks?

And before they can even get anywhere The Miz comes out for a fairly large pop. Seems the former champion is out here to state his case for a rematch with Cena, and here comes AR to have his say, and now the Champ.

So Raw has Vince and Austin celebrating, and R-Truth comes out signing "When Lil Jimmy comes marching down". They show a recap of what happens, and I guess R-Truth is the number one contender, so R-Truth is going to apologize? R-Truth does so and now Stone Cold calls him a punk ass for for dressing like that. R-Truth gives us a history lesson, and Austin responds back.... R-Truth talks about suceeding, and he is going to suceed from the WWE universe, he is talking about a conspiracy and calls out Vince.

Vince responds back, good promo thus far, none the less. More talk about conspiracy... and the Miz is coming out! "Really.... Really?", he basically talks about how he lives in reality while R-Truth lives in fantasy, and how he would be WWE champion.... A-Ri is coming out right now, talks about beating down Miz again... and than bun duna na, Cena comes out, and I can see the main event. Cena is out and he is going to speak.

He basically talks in the ring to everyone, and he talks about how Miz will not get another shot. Tells A-Ri that he mans up, and how he says R-Truth is crazy, and Cena makes it official Cena vs R-Truth for the WWE championship.... and now the GM chime hits and bam we get an email. Vince tells him to shut up. R-Truth and Miz vs John Cena and Alex Riley tonight. The special guest referee is Stone Cold... that is original, but Austin has to do something tonight besides doing nothing. Digging that to be honest. Good way to start the show.

I won;t be doing a live review. Missed a fair bit of the segment due to being on the phone.

Nice segment to start us off. Ryder vs Kofi announced as well for tonight's RAW.

Is it 3 hours today?

Hi Chase! I quite enjoyed the promo, it kind of gave the impression that the title picture is wide open, and overall was quite a fun little segment. My issue with it was the fact that R-Truth said I am sorry and got his title match so easily, and also that as the number one contender, he was over shadowed by the other guys.

Santino faces Mcgulicutty, and no music, which means Santino will win most likely. Side note A-Ri needs to learn how to button his shirt.

He beat Cena last week via countout, and they announced it on WWE.com but said it won't be official if he did not apologize.

Once again Satino works the crowd well, and recieves a big pop after gaining the win, but it was a pretty standed comedy opener.

Cobra wins that match. Nice little match nothing to special, so which means maybe Santinolov will be back in the tag title picture. So now we have Glamazon Beth Phoenix, and Kelly. Most likely going against the Bellas', but before that we have some diva reactions on the Bellas' insulting Kharma.
