RAW - Power to the People

​

This week's RAW is another three hour episode and the theme is Power to the People. Nothing has been announced for viewers to vote on but that would be due to the fact there is still a PPV to come before RAW. Once the PPV is over they will post options on wwe.com so that fans can vote on what they want to see.

Last years viewers choice episode was terrible so hopefully WWE can redeem themselves this year.

What would you like to see happen on RAW this week?

I wanna see a Steel Cage match happen, either Miz/Riley or CM/Rey. Either way, I want to see something awesome... a bunch of stipulations. I'd like to see a US Title Rematch of some sort, new feuds and such... I really want them to build MITB heavily here, it's one of my favorite PPV's.

 

[Troy]

Some gimmick matches on the show would be good. Hopefully we get to vote Zack Ryder onto the show and into a match. Maybe he can be listed as one of the contenders to the US title. I want them to list three tag teams for us to choose from to face Otunga and McGillicutty for the titles on the show.

Holding judgment to after the PPV but I would expect a gimmick match rematch from tonight for 1 or 2 feuds. Is SD a part of this also? I'm guessing they are.

I am not 100% sure but I do think that Smackdown are part of the show as well since it is a three hour show.

On wwe.com they are hyping CM Punk's comments from Capitol Punishment tonight. Punk said in a promo that once he beats Mysterio he will do the most honest thing WWE has ever seen. I am assuming that he will challenge for the WWE title.

Sometime during the PPV I seem to recall them saying that tomorrow people can vote during RAW with their mobile phones. I was hoping that they would list the options online so people can vote that way.

Let's get this thread going.

First match has been confirmed for tonight. WWE Divas champion Brie Bella defending against the fans' choice of one of three challengers: Beth Phoenix, Kelly Kelly or Eve Torres. I am hoping Beth Phoenix gets the title shot.

Also CM Punk posted this on his FaceBook page:
"Last night at Capitol Punishment, I not only defeated Rey Mysterio...I also vowed to perform the most honest act in WWE History. Join me on tonight's Power to the People episode of Monday Night Raw, and witness the genesis of something monumental."

Great heel heat for CM Punk.

If Punk doesnt sign a new contract with WWE it will leave a huge hole in the product, this is a guy that could mainevent for them for the next five years.

Punk asks the GM to announce him as number one contender. He wants the title shot at MITB PPV in his home town.

I am loving this Punk promo. This guys is gold and I hope he does get a title match.
