Vince McMahon may get his wish of breaking the all-time attendance record at WrestleMania.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported Thursday that WrestleMania 32—taking place at AT&T Stadium on April 3 in Arlington, Texas—has broken the WWE record with at least 84,000 tickets sold (via Arash Markazi of ESPN.com).

With three weeks until the Showcase of the Immortals, WWE is looking to surpass the supposed all-time WrestleMania attendance record of 93,173 held at WrestleMania III in the Pontiac Silverdome on March 29, 1987, when WWE was still WWF. That, of course, was the night Hulk Hogan slammed Andre the Giant in one of the more iconic moments in wrestling history.

Not only is the venue itself a reason why the record has fallen, but so are the top matches on the card.

WWE World Heavyweight champion Triple H—pending if Dean Ambrose defeats him in Saturday's WWE Roadblock event—is taking on Roman Reigns for the title. Ambrose is also set to face Brock Lesnar in a street fight, and the returning Shane McMahon will face The Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell with control of Monday Night Raw on the line for Vince's son.

WWE could surely break the WrestleMania attendance record, but it may be a stretch to break the all-time AT&T Stadium record, per Markazi:

The WWE is aiming for a 100,000 attendance figure for WrestleMania 32. The 2010 NBA All-Star game at AT&T Stadium drew in 108,713.

I can see them breaking the WM III record, but the all-time AT&T Stadium record? Probably not.
