Dixie Carter announced on Twitter that The Wolves defeated BroMans for the TNA Tag Team Titles at tonight's live event in Morgantown, West Virginia. She wrote:

"Breaking News: #TheWolves have just captured the TNA World Tag Team Championship at #IMPACTLive event in Morgantown, WV......"

A fresh, new decent team and they win the fucking titles on a houseshow that will have had about 200 people present, this fucking company

Not sure why TNA even has house shows, Eric Bischoff cut that shit in WCW when they were drawing flies and just became a tv company.

And house shows have never been back here since. Closest events are at Ricoh in Toronto now, fucking pathetic you can only get about 200 asses in the birthplace of the Royal Rumble.

That they won them on a house show itself is not a terrible thing, it only becomes a terrible thing if TNA doesn't promote it as a big deal. WWF/E have had major title changes on house shows in the past.

But i'm guessing the WWE weren't on their arse at the time so they could do them for the sake of it. TNA is in the gutter right now and something like that should have at the very least been saved for iMPACT

One other thing that irks me about this that hasn't already been said is how Dixie announced this on her Twitter. If they were keeping with kayfabe, they would have had MVP do it or have Dixie put down the win since the BroMans were with her.

Well the BroMans were awful champions. The whole division was dead with them as champs. They deserve to lose the titles on a non-televised event. Now TNA has to actually book The Wolves as real champions and I might start to care.

The whole change to begin with was made so The Wolves could defend the titles in Japan, at the Wrestle-1/TNA show that's airing there tonight or tomorrow and being taped for the US.

But they could've easily done that change in the UK at the Impact tapings.
