Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

No bet on Artest?

I'd say 10, but that is assuming there is a full season next year. If not, make it what ever percentage 10 would have been game wise for the season.

What is Ron's contract like? Also, I think Fisher will be gone for sure, and maybe Gasol or Bynum.

$10 that those five guys are still Lakers? Sure, I like free money. Artest I could see getting shipped off because his contract's not bad and he's an idiot. Bynum isn't going anywhere. Gasol's a great player whose value is at an all-time low, not the time to trade him. Fisher's Fisher. He might retire, that's the only way I'd lose this one.

And I've posted this before, but I can't imagine Orlando would deal Dwight away for anything. If they get back a lesser player like Bynum...what the fuck are they going to do from there? Keep paying the same players the same money for a worse team? If they can't get Howard back, they need to blow everything up.

Sal, I think you only lose the bet because of Fisher. No way LA, resigns him. He is just fucking awful

Yeah he will be gone. That contract is not bad at all. I could see a contender that needs a good defensive player might take him.

I don't know why but i see LA going after Iguodala since he said he doesn't want to be in Philly no more

What gets me is that John Ireland said Andrew asked him, what are they going to do suspend me for the rest of the playoffs?
What an asshole answer. The fuck is wrong with him. Did Odom say anything in regards to his shoulder block on Dirk?

This is precisely the attitude that makes me hate this batch of cocksuckers, this entitlement to win. "Oh, I didn't get to win, so I don't care." Fuck off.

He might retire, with a new coach, I don't think he plays that much. He becomes a role player at best.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

The official biggest bitch in the NBA rankings has made a minor shift:

1. Paul Pierce
2. Andrew Bynum
3. Ron Artest
4. Kevin Garnett

Notables: My boy D-Wade, what he did to Rondo was a bitch move. Also, Pau Gasol.

It is $7 million. He'll at least think long and hard about collecting that money to be a role player.

You spelled Vince Carter wrong four times.
