So the main take away from this was right at the start where she was talking about her injury. She chose to get surgery on her dislocated shoulder so she wouldn't have to have it done at a later date when it disclocates again. The MRI scans are supposedly only 60% accurate or something so when the surgeon opened her shoulder up, she had torn a bunch of shit which she would never have known about.
