yes. but also PCO is actually getting a bit of a push he just won his last feud vs Eddie Edwards. And fwiw he's actually still fucking great

Aldis is possible, Moose is solidly in midcard feuds atm. Also Maclin was built up for like a year + he ain't dropping it anytime soon, hell id say he is not dropping it at least until he fights Josh once he comes back from injury
I know they’ve been building Maclin for what seems like years and as much as I love Kushida, he wasn’t winning the belt. But at the same time, I’m not super high on Maclin. Like…he’s good, just unspectacular.
Where there are guys like Aldis who I have been a fan of since 2013 or a guy like Moose who when he initially turned heel I was a big fan.
Josh is obviously the dude. And Maclin will hold the belt til he comes back because a babyface coming back and fighting for the belt he never lost is the easiest story ever, but if I had the book, it wouldn’t have been Maclin.
Interesting and fair assessment from your pov. I like maclin myself n see why they pushed him but yes there are also guys i like better. A bit criminal he got his shot before Ace Austin imo
