Does Mick Foley help SmackDown Live to get better ratings by sending Brock Lesnar to attack Viper

Randy Orton strikes Brock Lesnar with an RKO on Monday night Raw. As a TIT for TAT Lesnar attacked Orton with an F-5. This story is far better than the universal championship title/World heavyweight title.
But I have a doubt...Does Mick Foley help SmackDown Live to get better ratings by sending Brock Lesnar to attack Randy Orton?

Sure it does, they want Smackdown on the same level as RAW... No better guy to send over there than Brock Lesnar..

This feud, while rather entertaining, had better be the only crossovers for atleast a year. After this keep them completely separate.
