But I never said you did say anything about his character, but we have been having a debate about his character, so why do you keep bring up that his a good businessman, when did I say he wasn't a good businessman? I believe the answer would be never. I made a short comment, you responded, I expended, you expended, and here we are. Its a wrestling forum! Thats the way it works.

Another question when did I say Vince Mcmahon didn't change the face of Wrestling? I never said that, but just because he has forever changed how the biz is pecieved does that mean we should all kiss his arse and never question his character? I think not. And to me picking things like cashing in on someone's death, totally dismissing someone who worked his arse off for years for Vince's company, and going against the wishes of a widow seem pretty fair argments. By the way what makes Power Slam unrieble, they have been going for nearly twenty years now, and this was in the NEWS SECTION! So I think it is pretty fair to say it was the truth.

And going back to The Wrestler, does it make the film bad because you didn't like the central character? I don't think their asking you to like him, their just telling a relistic story about modern day wrestling and that sort of ageing performer who just can't let go of the spotlight, the human element is the Merisa Tomei character. The reason Vince knocked the film IMO is because he is out of touch with the world, and probably wishes that it was produced by WWEFILM, he just thought it would look if he slated it, and was hopeing some of the sucess of the film would rub off on him, that guy just doesn't like it when someone else does something which makes money does he:whoo:

Oh right, because it was in the news section it must be right....Just like this reputable news magazine called the Enquirer has been around for more than 20 years so that must make their stories so RELIABLE. Wait let me spell that again for you R-E-L-I-A-B-L-E. I keep bringing up that he is a good businessman, because that was my original point. All I did was LOL at your statement about the man, because that was your opinion. I just made a comment about what he and his company do for charities and you conveniently left that to the side to focus on one thing that makes him Lex Luthor. OMG HE LIED!!! THERE'S NO LYING IN RASSLIN'!!!

Also dismissing Benoit is something everybody did in 07, get your head out of the sand. Realize that his career doesn't mean shit after he killed his wife and son. And for anyone to think otherwise is not just foolish, they are sociopathic. I was a huge Benoit fan, I was a fan of his since I seen him wrestle 2 Cold Scorpio at Collison in Korea. I marked out and cried when he won the belt at WM 20 and I don't cry. But that doesn't mean I'm going to forget that he murdered two people, and act like it shouldn't matter because he was an awesome wrestler.

The central character is the entire movie. If you don't like him, the entire movie falls apart. And they are banking on you to like this guy or the ending just flatlines for you. This movie is about as realistic about modern day wrestling as No Holds Barred was. The only thing it did was expose trade secrets and thats something that Vince McMahon hates, which is why he didn't like the damn movie. He didn't like Hogans celeb wrestling because it exposed the work, and he kayfabed his reality shows to not expose the work. There is supposed to be a shroud of mystery in this business and exposing it only kills and waters down the product.
