Question is in the title.

Personally, I don't think so. It's socially regressive, a health hazard and a by-product and indicator of poverty.

I think the main argument is that it's a transaction between two consenting adults, and that government shouldn't have a say in anything like. Also that criminalizing it makes the industry become a greater health hazard, instead of protections or regulations.

I don't care either way as long as the person is over 18. I don't care for it who am I to say what a person can do with their body.

Calm down @ChampION. Again, I don't wish anyone would do that but if you're over 18 it's your choice.

I do agree that it shouldn't be allowed.

It's largely unregulated and is a lot more dangerous than its useful.

Legalized and regulated. It creates more jobs for Men and Women up for that sort of thing. There would be less angry virgins in the world like this @ChampION guy.

Don't act like half of the strip clubs in America would prevent you from getting topped off if you pay up.

Legalize it, if it doesn't harm anyone then who cares what you spend your money on.

Yes. Because the people who already put their bodies out for sexual contact will then be protected much much better and the health between the prostitute and client can be much better since STD testing could be applied more to prevent spreading.

Wouldn't the cost of regulation outweigh the potential benefits.
