This thread is for the greatest matches of all time.
Amazing stuff. The match is an hour long but flies by like it's 10 minutes. The match is logical and plays the crowd to a peak. Two of the greatest at the peak of their in-ring talents.
Barry Windham is consistently the most underrated star of the 80s. His 90s and 00s work was iffy, but this was him at his physical peak. He reached his prime in-time for his popularity peak. Absolutely love this match.
This match is what got me interested in NWA/Southern wrestling. An absolute masterpiece.
This had to be one of the purest wrestling matches of all-time. The entire match told a story. A story of a man desperate to get back what was eluding him and going to the Rock. The title, the fans, the adulation. This is a man willing to do anything to get on top again. This match was the end of an era.
Strong was in TNA? Never knew that.
Are you serious?
uhhh yea i guess
I mean we can't not have this in here. It's fairly generic to say this is THE greatest match, but it definitely deserves a mention in a list of the best.
The greatest WWE match maybe.
The greatest pro wrestling match of all time on the other hand might just be...
I've heard a lot about this match, but never get to it.
A Misawa match never disappoints, tho.
That ain’t even the best HBK match fam
Pretty tame for today's standards, but this was the most extreme shit in WWE since Hogan bled in the Mania ME. lol.
Hulk Hogan vs Randy Savage at WrestleMania V.
Simply put, a instant classic!
