Favorite sports film

    Not really a "film" but a move, none-the-less.

    I love learning about the Yugoslav wars, and I also find Slavic dominance in basketball to be a weird anomaly, as well. So I really like this movie. I watched it as part of a class on devolution, ethnic tensions and genocide and I was really a fan of it. Everyone should check it out, p. sad but also really entertaining.

    42 ain't bad either.

    Field of Dreams is one of the few good Kevin Costner films.

    Major League is amazing.

    I'd have to say the very first Rocky film. To me it's just about perfect; gritty, intriguing, interesting and just plain awesome.
