Honestly if I lose by less than 10 in rebounds I'm going to be so fucking pissed. It should be 9-5 right now. Hell maybe even 10-4.

:lmao @ Kobe calling Denver fans stupid without even being asked about it. You usually have to ask him shit and proad him to get a reply, but he said he had to speak on something.

Mason and Ireland reporting on what he said:

"The fans who boo Carmelo in Denver are just plain stupid. He has given them many good years and made that team relevant unlike before him. The guy wants to win a ring and any fan who boos him is stupid because of the fact he he is stuck between Denver or elsewhere 50/50 and they are making it easy to choose elsewhere. Just stupid."

They struck a nerve by booing his baby brother just like Utah did when they booed Fisher and he went off on a rant

Kobe also added this to his opinion after talking with Melo about the situation:
"It has nothing to do with a bigger market,'' Bryant told a group of reporters earlier. "It's about winning. If you want to keep a player here, make the right decisions, make the right choices, personnel. Get a team around a guy that will help you win and there will be no problems.

"If Denver will make the right decisions, bring in the right personnel, then (Anthony will) stick around. It's not rocket science.''

"I know for me, it’s all about winning. In my situation, we weren’t spending the money to get players – they had me playing around with Smush Parker. Until they decided they wanted to make the necessary sacrifices financially to get a team that’s competitive, I didn’t want to be (with the Lakers). It’s as simple as that."

Buried Smush :lmao
LO buried Smush on the Kobe Doing Work DVD. Spike had a bonus feature where he asked about what had changed. LO said he had no problem as a second option and that he and Kobe always showed up along with Luke, the problem was that their option over was Smush (and just shook his head).

Hell Luke has talked shit about him and his Smushcalade, so he must have rubbed them all wrong.

He wasn't horrible skill wise but like they have all said his attitude was horrible as he used to talk down to Farmar and Sasha, question the assistant coaches, and just play lazy.

He was a Jim Buss favorite though as there were reports of those two partying it up  so he got away with it until Kobe started that trade me stuff and Jeanie got power

If you can't make the choice of get garbage like Smush out or lose your best players then you need to step down.

Those 2 were boys. Even Phil expressed frustration because when he benched Smush for Farmar, Jimmy said to play him and rescinded a fine Phil even gave him for coming late to practice. Either Smush had compromising pictures or else they got high, drunk, and banged chicks together.

Smush made me appreciate Derek so much more when he returned

Then again you have to keep in mind that Phil also said the one thing he, Shaq, and Kobe all agreed on was that they didn't like or trust Jim Buss.

Had to be something cause I remembered when the guy was on line a 1-2 day contract with the Suns and then all of a sudden the guy got a starting PG spot with the Lakers, lol.

I'll never understand Jim Buss. He thought Caron for Kwame was a good deal by his own admission and made it happen (Caron was supposed to be the PG like Ron Harper according to Phil when he signed). Years later Mitch and Jeanie corrected that shit by doing Kwame for Pau, thank god.

Caron played well with Kobe and Lamar. It goes overlooked, but in their 44 games the three played together they were the 6th seed (1/2 game out of 5th) and won a little under 60% of their games.
