The Allman Brothers

I just saw Greg's son Devon on Thursday night: Devon Allman's Honeytribe. Really good stuff and he sounds a lot like Daddy in a lot of people's opinions.

My favorite solo artist (who really isn't a solo artist anymore, but is still a main attraction and just now has formed a backing band with a name) is Butch Walker. He has penned some of the most incredible songs ever. The music is great, but what a wordsmith. And his live shows are something else. He always has his songs, songs from when he was in the Marvelous 3, and a cover that is just so surprising, but incredibly well done.
