A Missouri woman is so excited for the royal wedding that she quit her job to attend the festivities in London.
Teresa Cunningham scheduled time off and purchased tickets to London only to be told by her employer that there was no one to cover her, KMBC-TV is reporting.
Cunningham, an avid collector of British royalty memorabilia, was faced with a difficult decision: go to London and lose your job; stay home and keep your job.
Cunningham decided to turn in her resignation.
Cunningham told KMBC-TV that she's staying in a hotel close to Westminster Abbey. She planned to camp out Thursday night in order to catch a glimpse of the royal family on the big day.
