Currently trying out some new things.
I've abandoned 4-man defensive units to try something like a 3-3-3-1. Three defenders, three mid, 1 attacking mid, 2 wingers and a striker.
So far, I've picked up a 2-2 draw and a 2-1 win. I'm gonna try it out a few times, and see if its strong enough to lead me to the finale of the season.
Just bought Raphael Varane for $67 Mil, and sold Cesar Martins for $94 Mil
Currently undefeated, in the semi-finals of the UCL, in the finals of the Coppa Italia and just been declared Serie A champions for the 2nd straight season. I intend to off-load a few more players in the transfer window like Oliver Torres and Jesse Lingard.
Just beat Barcelona 2-1, 3-2 on aggregate to get the UCL final.
Used a 4-1-2-3 before changing shape to a 4-2-1-3. I only changed the pivot point. Jorginho was the deep-lying playmaker whilst Veratti played an advanced playmaker role. After Barca got level with a Messi goal, I moved Jorginho up and subbed on Firmino who assisted Carrasco in the 85th minute to get the winner.
Great game. Hard to manage.
Resigned to take an international job.
Got offers from England, Italy, Portugal, France, Brazil and Argentina.
I'm definitely not gonna manage England, Brazil or Argentina. It's between France and Brazil
I managed Italy for a year, won the Nations League top division, beat Wales 5-0 in my first Euro qualifier and resigned to take the job at PSV Eindhoven.
So far, I've sold a good 2/3 of the roster. Brought in a lot of players from the reserve team, Jong PSV, and signed some youngsters like Marcus Rashford, Luchas Hernandez and some other Dutch talents.
Currently have 6 wins, 2 draws, 0 losses.
