Figured this was worth it's own topic. So good move, bad move, questionable? How do you guys feel about it.

On one hand we kind of already saw the Nexus/Cena feud however this is a whole different element and I'm happy for the fact that Punk is getting to be the head heel on Raw. This makes me more hopeful that they are gonna aim for a Cena/Punk mania match.

Don't need to say it again.

I'll give it a chance though.

Amazing for Punk, could be good, or bad for Barrett. However, if it's bad for Barrett, then he was destined to fail anyway. If WWE wants him to succeed, then he will, so him not being the leader doesn't bother me. I'm just happy that CM Punk is finally back in the spot that he deserves.

Pretty much the main thing for me is that I'm just glad he is getting that main heel spot that I feel he deserves. After his Smackdown run went great they started to waste him so this will be very refreshing. I guess there is a outside chance Barrett could turn face but I don't know if that would be the right move for him as he is very over as a heel. If SD creative can get their heads out of their asses then I think him being on Smackdown is the logic thing to do.

Punk completely deserves this spot, and I'm essentially drooling at the thought of him getting the mic time and the opportunities that Barrett got over the last 6 months. He adds an extra element of credibility to Nexus. Wade started out as the leader and had to build himself up from there. He eventually got to be legitimate enough to warrant a main-event spot. Punk doesn't need to do that at all; he's been in the main event before, and he can take a main event spot now without doing anything. So if anything, unlike what PSYCH thinks, this will actually help the other guys in Nexus.

Aside from all that, this should be a really interesting storyline. Nexus was about taking spots from established stars and being a rebellious group. Punk puts a new spin on that. And he's started out by blasting Cena as a bad example of what a WWE superstar should be. This opens new doors for the angle, and could lead to a full-scale rebellion against the top stars, which I think would be fascinating.

Oh, I need to say this again: David Otunga is fucking terrible, and if he took charge of Nexus the angle would sink like a stone.

Brilliant move by WWE, gives Nexus something to do, as I thought they would start to break off but now they look even stronger. As for Wade Barrett, I think it is best for him to seperate from Nexus and prove he could win on his own, and it looks like WWE will do that when he returns.

I got this off wrestlezone.com:

If something doesn't happen between Brock Lesnar and WWE, one of the matches they have in mind is Wade Barrett vs. The Undertaker at WrestleMania 27. While it appears after last night's RAW that Barrett is gone from Nexus, there's been no confirmation on his status. It's possible he may end up on SmackDown. A babyface turn for Barrett has also been rumored.

Pretty much what I been saying about Barrett about him feuding with Taker. When Taker comes back they will have to deal with the whole real reason why Nexus took out Taker that got brought up. I'm curious to see what that reason was.

A good move. When Punk mentioned the surprise, I expected NeXus to attack him, but I didn't think Punk would join them. Probably should've seen it after Punk opening promo. But it's a good chance to move Barrett on, his beating by Cena should signify the end of his affiliation with the NeXus, and Punk seems to thrive in atmosphere's where he is the leader of a group. Interesting to see where this goes.

They have to find a way to keep this interesting while Cena is injured.

It's gonna bury the other 5 Nexus members. It'll be focused on Punk/Cena like it was Cena/Barrett and Slater/Hennig/Harris/Otunga/Gabriel will fade into the land of Superstars and eventually the land of unemployment.

All I want is for WWE to somehow explain why Nexus helped Kane win Buried Alive at Bragging Rights.

Hardly. Barrett just used them as lackey's, which will happen with Punk. The only thing that happened besides that was WWE seeing how Slater/Gabriel would do away from the group, which was an extremely boring reign with the belt.

I think Barrett will still stay apart if Punk is the bigger picture. The way Punk spoke about him, there is admiration there so its possible we'll find that Barrett was actually behind it.

Its possible that they may even split Nexus into divisions, seeing a Nexus Smackdown division and a RAW division, this could help the other nobodies from other NXT seasons a chance to join.

Triple H is the bigger picture. They buried Taker as revenge for him retiring HBK.

i'm on the fence about it. glad to see punk is the leader, but i don't want to see cena/nexus v2 which is what this is. however i am giving it a chance, and if i don't like it i'll just stop watching
