Team HHH vs Team Laurinitis (lawsuit) for the right to have the outright power of RAW is what I see the match being set up as.

HHH, Sheamus, Orton, Ryder and John Morrison vs Rhodes, Christian, Ziggler, Swagger, Barrett

Replace Morrison with somebody and I'd agree with that match.

Morrison wouldn't of made it cause he can't talk. Sheamus is almost there. McIntyre has the tools but they dropped the ball big time with him. Swagger ... is iffy. He's there but but he isn't. Ziggler is almost there. Kofi just doesn't have that "it" factor to stay at the top. But yeah WWE has screwed up royally in making new stars cause all they built up was Orton and Cena. They did build up Del Rio as well.

Then all that is left is Punk and Christian and once they retire... mannn WWE is gonna be in a heap of trouble.

They are going to be in trouble but they keep ignoring it. Every quarter when they announce their earnings to the stockholders they say that they realise they need to build new stars but they dont do it. WWE needs a dozen maineventers at least just to cover injuries and retirements plus the more maineventers there are the more interesting the shows are.

Time they start using guys like Baretta, Kidd, Barrett, Bryan etc etc etc.

That is the issue. We all see they need to use more wrestlers and push them but WWE don't do it and focus on a small handful of wrestlers.

Mason Ryan would probably get the spot since he is now feuding with Ziggler.

Booking is so terrible... that is why nobody gets built. Nobody cares about anybody because 95% of matches are meaningless.

I have never understood how they can't build lots of stars with four hours of tv every week. It should be a walk in the park but WWE struggle to do it and have struggled for quite some time. The only new stars in the past few years are CM Punk and Del Rio.

They need upper midcarders. Right now what we have is Main event, midcard, and the nobodies. The upper midcard are the ones that can main event when needed, but still stick to their level and feud there while helping build up the midcarders. Then when the midcard gets built to the uppermid then one or two of those guys can move up to main event. That way you always have guys advancing in case a freak accident happens... BUT you also keep a balance and don't become top heavy with too many main eventers. There needs to be a balance and the upper midcard is what needs to be there. Right now you have Sheamus, Christian, and that's all I can think of at the moment at that level. You need more guys. Too many people are too far down that it'd be a joke to see them against main eventers.

I didn't include Nash because I think it will be Nash the costs HHH's team the win and they will face in a singles match at the Rumble

The problem is they spend far too much time talking and focusing on Trips, Johnny Ace, Cena on Raw to build people. I mean Del Rio is almost an afterthought and he's the WWE champion.

Smackdown is all about Orton. Henry is the champion and he is playing second fiddle.

I can't disagree with anything that you are saying Slim. They do need more uppermidcarders and to do that they need to spend more time on the wrestlers rather than the Supermen and HHH and Johnny Ace. Spend and extra half an hour each week putting over these wrestlers and it would help the product in the long run.

I miss the days like when Jericho was on the rise he was the upper midcard and when he went against Triple H when he was champ... it was believable that he could win. And soon Jericho went up to main event. You had Rock work his way up, Triple H work his way up. I mean... they know how to do it but they just won't do it. Look at what happened to WCW. They concentrated on the NwO... a bunch of old guys. they built DDP and Goldberg up. DDP was already in his 40s and Goldberg was one guy that only had one thing going for him which was the streak.

WWE is heading that direction.

I love watching PPVs from the late nineties and from 2000/2001 when WWE didn't have the brand split. They had so many maineventers in Austin, Rock, HHH, Undertaker, Mankind, Kane, Big Show, Angle. They also had a clearly defined midcard filled with guys like Jericho, Guerrero, Benoit etc and they had the most over tag team division of all time. Everything was fantastic because there were stars all over the show. Now there are half a dozen stars.

- Alberto Del Rio vs. CM Punk vs. John Cena in a cage match plus Air Boom vs. The Miz and R-Truth is being advertised for WWE’s RAW live event on December 27th at Madison Square Garden.

They have kept it pretty standard and it doesn't give away any spoilers about what they may book in the future.
