So tonight we saw him officially split from Miz.

With Riley now on Smackdown, and seemingly a face, how far do you see him going?

Personally, I think Riley has "it" as he's pretty damn good on the mic and isn't that bad from what I've seen of him in the ring.

How far do you see him going on Smackdown? Will he stay there?

I am glad that finally Alex Riley has moved away from being The Miz's sidekick and that he is on a seperate brand. This was a good way to turn him face as well as Smackdown does need some more faces. I would like to see a match between the two especially since The Miz doesn't seem to have anything planned for him on RAW at this moment.

I like Alex Riley and think that he could do well in the midcard on Smackdown. His time with The Miz helped him and I hope he can build on that on Smackdown.

You had to eventually get these two apart, just seems weird to think Riley will be on Smackdown after this. It's not like Miz has anyone else to feud with right now. Would seem more logical to just start a one off feud between Miz and Riley. Could keep it going until the next PPV. Really isn't anyone else for Miz atm. Just speaks at the lack of face options for him. He can't go back to the US title, plus the fact they are teasing Dolph and Kofi. Could be Rey, but they haven't interacted over anything. I'd go with Riley vs Miz. Miz goes over, but makes Riley look like a million bucks doing it and he can go to Smackdown looking like a star and Miz can go after idk, Rey maybe.

In all honesty; SD lacks face and I've said that countless times. I'd like Miz to let Riley beat him that way he looks like a credible threat and could be used in a mid-card/upper-mid-card as a face. It'd work in my opinion

Well clearly Riley needs some direction going into Smackdown as all he was before was Miz's sidekick. The best way to give him direction is to have a small fued with Miz ending in a PPV match. Will give him direction going onto SD and people will be acustomed to him.

Yes he was drafted to Smackdown, but since the brand extension is ignored when it's convenient, he will be able to feud with Miz until the next PPV. As I said before, there isn't anyone else for Miz to feud with right now. Would make sense for him to help his protege go from a mere sidekick to kind of a big deal on Smackdown.

I think we will see them face off at Capitol Punishment. Like you said deezy there is no-one left for him to feud with at the next PPV so this would be a good short feud. Even a loss for Riley would be a step up for him if he is made to look competitive. A singles match on PPV would be huge for him.

Riley-Miz looks like we definitely should be getting a PPV match. I've been impressed with Riley the last couple of weeks and I want to see him in a big time match.
