Following a story.
Here is part 3 of the AFAV documentary following Stefan Struve as he prepares for his bout with Travis Browne at UFC 130. The last episode had some very interesting training footage, while this one focuses more on examining Struve's UFC career.

One interesting part here is his discussion of the Roy Nelson fight last year where Struve was KO'd in just 39 seconds. He calls that the low point of his career, noting that he had eaten some bad food and thrown up earlier in the day. It doesn't come across as a man making excuses though - just that he is pointing out why things went wrong and how he hopes to get another shot at Nelson.

He also discusses the difference between stand-up styles of American and Dutch MMA fighters. Struve wisely points out that American fighters tend to use boxing as their stand-up base, while Dutch fighters use kickboxing. In his opinion, this gives the Dutch fighters the advantage because they are adding kicks. He talks specifically about the usefulness of a good leg kick and how you can really slow down an opponent with little kickboxing experience. Good to hear him emphasizing those kicks, as the leg kick could be a huge asset to him in the UFC. It will be interesting to see if he utilizes them against Travis Browne this weekend.
