Hey nice poster! All people who never get a push.

Are they celebrating the anniversary of their lost credibility?

So far no one on that poster is booked yet. LOL

Have no problem with the main event, but am fed up with Jarrett and Angle facing each other, and making it a number one contenders match just makes it worse, they should be giving that slot to two guys who need it.

Exactly they should book guys like Morgan or Pope or Joe or Styles in the match rather than two more old guys who are big enough they don't need that elevation anymore. Sting vs. Angle for the title would be a bad result for TNA since they need to build for the future.

The strange thing about Angle is that there seems to have a been a shift in power, whereas not too long again he seemed like the guy the company was built around [which should be the case I think], and also seemed to be on the road to regaining the World Title, now because of how he has been booked against Jarrett, and because he hasn't been in the main event for awhile, he seems to have lost that prime position, and it is hard to say for certain if he will win the title anytime soon.

I wouldn't even know who would be classed as the number one guy in TNA anymore. Like you said Kurt Angle was previously that guy but now it doesn't seem that way anymore. Is it Sting or RVD?

Three more matches have been added to the card.

Angelina Love gets a KO title match which I can't see her winning.

Crimson gets to face Samoa Joe. I really like Crimson and think that he could be a top guy for the future. Joe should have been huge in TNA but that never happened and I wonder what his future holds.

Morgan vs. Steiner is odd because I don't know why Steiner is getting a PPV match. If Morgan loses I will be shocked.

1. I am pleased for Love that she is getting a title shot, because when she was in TNA before she looked like a major talent, and even if she looks unlikely to win, it should be a good match.

2. Haven't seen Crimson yet, so can't comment on his talent, but at least him against Joe is something different.

3. Steiner against Morgan looks the stinker of the night so far, am not looking forward to that one, one bit.

You know what I hate, how TNA is making Destination X sound so much more important than this ppv... What I hate even more is where in the hell is the build up to the world title match? Morgan and Steiner has a better build up than it... Sad, Sad, Sad.

1. I think deezy is making too much out of this poster thing, yeah I agree that it makes sense to have wrestlers who are a big part of the card featured on the poster, but does it really make that much difference, no one really remembers the poster after the event has gone, and I for one place no importance on the effect of a poster to sell a PPV.

2. Chase does have a point however, because Slammiversary is supposed to be second only to BFG in the TNA PPV pecking order.

They killed this PPV last year. The reason Slammiversary was special was because of King of the Mountain. With all the talent TNA has and no big star a 5-6 person match would have made sense.

It's a joke, I tend to use humour in almost every post I make.

Don't take the nets so seriously and you too can have fun with it.

Anyways, I wasn't aware that the King of The Mountain match was scrapped and quite frankly a litle miffed at that fact. It was a good match that was original, something TNA tries and fails at. Why get rid of proven winners when they constantly keep trying stupid concepts that any normal person would think was Blue.

I do have fun deezy, but thanks for your concern!

I have mixed feelings about them dropping KOTM, because I am not a big fan of the layout of the match anyway, it is a bit long winded, a little too gimmicky for my liking, but on the other hand it is something which marks Slammiversary out as a different event, but I think it has become a bit old hat now.

^I am in the same boat as Keith.

The KOTM match was a bit over complicated for my liking but it was a tradition at Slammiversary. I liked that it was a TNA original concept and every year you knew that at Slammiversary you would get to see that match. In 2009 when they had two KOTMs on the same event that hurt the concept in my opinion because it was overload.

I edited the first post and two more matches have been announced.

AJ Styles vs. Bully Ray in a last man standing match and a tag team championship match.
